One group that I participated in that was very hard when leaving it, when I was part of a theatrical production for a period of six month. We practiced for several months and our part was a very important part of the production. Each group practiced seperately and then came together when it was time to perform. Everyone in this group was involved in the Arts.
When doing our last performance, this group sang its last song and cried. It was sad to leave but happy to end.
When leaving my colleagues from this group I am not sure how I will adjourn. One thing that helps in the adjournment of this journey is being able to say thank you as each class ends.

ReplyDeleteI am sure when working with a group of people for six months a strong relationship was formed with those persons. One thing that I believe will help during adjournment is having the opportunity to say goodbye in person. This is one aspect of having our class on-line that will be different. I am sure that bonds were established throughout our courses together, but the one-to-one contact is a missing element.
